Simonds installed a refregiate air conditioner in my friend's house, which built by them, but no cool air comes out from outlets. The timber floor installer found the walls are not straight in the house during installation of the skirting board! What jokes!

When you are looking for a good builder in terms of quality and cost. The following points must be considered.

1. Check the builder experience such as how long the builder has been in this business and execution of project on time and on budget.

2. Check the builders or contractor track record of recent projects and references from the clients by making phone calls or if possible go and talk to them directly.

3. Check the Financial back ground of the builder and payment performance to his sub contractors and suppliers.

Hope these tips help you to choose good builder for your home project.

I have done a research on your company: it's located in USA. Do you do contracting work in Melbourne, Australia?
